Return and Cancellation Policy for Jewelry
 
I. Order Cancellation
 
1. General Rule
Orders for jewelry items can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. This time frame is set to accommodate our rapid processing and shipping procedures.
 
2. Procedure
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately through dazzlinghomeoffical@outlook.com. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. Once we receive your cancellation request within the allowed time, we will process it promptly. If the order has not entered the shipping phase, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
 
3. Exceptions
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow our return policy.
 
II. Return Policy
 
1. Eligibility
You may return your jewelry purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product. The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing components will not be eligible for a return.
 
2. Procedure
 
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
 
- Once you receive the return authorization, carefully package the jewelry item along with all its original contents.
 
- Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
 
2. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your jewelry item for a different style, size, or color, please follow the return procedure above and then place a new order for the desired item.
